LeaveAMark is a growing, outward-focused church on the south side of Columbus where “no perfect people are allowed.” We exist for people who feel like they don’t belong—and God is moving! In 2024 alone, over 300 people put their faith in Christ, and every weekend new guests from all over Columbus walk through our doors. Lives are being changed, hope is spreading, and we believe the best is yet to come! Worship Pastor/Director
Lead Worship & Services – Lead worship for weekend services, First Wednesday, and special events.
Develop & Oversee Teams – Recruit, organize, equip, and grow the Worship and Media Teams.
Collaborate in Service Planning – Work with pastors and staff to design and produce engaging, Spirit-led services.
Manage Resources – Steward worship/media budgets and oversee creative projects like videos and online services.
Build Team Culture & Growth – Foster community, discipleship, and excellence within Worship and Media ministries.

Front Desk Hospitality – Welcome guests, answer phones, and create a warm first impression of our church.
Administrative Support – Assist pastors and staff with scheduling, communication, and daily office needs.
Organize & Manage Systems – Keep records, databases, and office operations accurate and up to date.
Event & Ministry Support – Help coordinate logistics for meetings, services, and churchwide events.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth communication and effective ministry.
